Beyond photography.

Ever since I started travelling, I have never been interested in simply visiting.

I observe.

I take the time to feel an atmosphere, a light, a silence, a presence, a moment.

My attention is drawn to the simple details that make a place unique.

• A mountain.
• A path.
• A detail.
• A human presence.

When music accompanies me, the landscape takes on another dimension, and the images extend its emotion.

This way of experiencing things has shaped how I see the world over time.

My story has evolved over the years alongside photography and technological progress.

From my earliest photographs on film to digital photography, the images bear witness to the places I have travelled through and the moments I have lived.

Some remained forgotten for years.

Others were simply never shared.

My career as an engineer taught me that embracing new technologies is a way of continuing to learn.

That same passion also shapes the way I explore what inspires me.

No technology is an end in itself. Every evolution opens new possibilities to create.

Technology supports the way I see.

It never replaces it.

At first, the name came to me spontaneously. I found it amusing, so I thought, "Let’s keep it."

Over time, it took on a different meaning.

• One week.
• One place.
• One photograph that preserves its memory.

Today, the project has evolved.

The name has remained.

Not every place should be told in the same way.

For some of them, I choose to say less.

A way of preserving what makes them unique.

Sometimes, the images are enough.

Some places take on a special meaning and sometimes make you want to share them.

I explore them with those who share the same mindset.

A way of going beyond what images alone can convey.

Not as organised events.

Not as planned activities.

Simply when it happens naturally.

Every place deserves attention, respect… and sometimes the wisdom to leave it untouched.
